BE FIT FRISCO’S ‘FITNESS IN THE SQUARE’ PROGRAM CONTINUES TONIGHT,
NOVEMBER 10, WITH FREE ULTIMATE CONDITIONING WORKOUT

(November 10, 2011) You work hard all day helping others at home, at work,
at school. Do something good for yourself. Join Be Fit Frisco for ‘Fitness
in the Square’ tonight, November 10, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. The series of
free, weekly workout sessions happens Thursday nights at Simpson Plaza in
front of City Hall, located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. in the heart of
Frisco Square.

Tonight’s class will feature Ultimate Conditioning, which is an interval
style class with minimal choreography and maximum results. Participants
will alternate between cardiovascular, body weight and free weight
exercises over the course of an hour. Considered a great workout for all
fitness levels, Ultimate Conditioning is designed to improve muscular
endurance, too.

This week’s workout session welcomes ages 10 and up. Participants need to
bring water and a towel or mat. Participants are also welcome to bring 5
to 8-pound weights.

Be Fit Frisco is Mayor Maher Maso’s health initiative and designed to
promote fitness opportunities throughout our community.
