CITY OF FRISCO ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS VACANCIES
BEGINNING TODAY, JULY 6
(July 6, 2009) The City of Frisco is accepting applications for
individuals interested in volunteering to serve on city boards and
commissions. See the complete list below. Applications will be accepted
between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, beginning
Monday, July 6, 2009. The deadline for filing is Monday, July 20, 2009 by
5 p.m. Qualified applicants must have resided in the City of Frisco for
at least one year. To be eligible to apply for a Convention & Visitors
Bureau positions, you must work within the sectors listed.
Applications may be downloaded at http://www.friscotexas.gov under the
"Government" menu, and then select "Boards & Commissions" or, an
application can be picked up in the Office of the City Secretary, located
on the fifth floor of the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center, 6101 Frisco
Square Blvd. The five-page application must be in complete form with a
resume attached; otherwise, it will not be accepted
