CREWS CAP GAS LINE LEAK;
INTERSECTION OF ELDORADO PARKWAY AND F.M. 423 REOPENED TO TRAFFIC
(March 31, 2009) Crews have stopped a gas line leak on the south side of
Eldorado Parkway; and the section
of that roadway, between F.M. 423 and Walmart Drive, is now open to
traffic.

Frisco firefighters received the call at 9:58 a.m. after a construction
crew cut the line. Firefighters from Frisco and Little Elm remained at
the scene, monitoring gas levels. Around 11:30 a.m., Co-Serv capped the
line. Utility crews continue to work to repair the line. No one was
hurt, and no mandatory evacuations were necessary.
