Crews Cap Gas Line Leak; Intersection of Eldorado Parkway and Teel Parkway Reopen to Traffic

CREWS CAP GAS LINE LEAK;
INTERSECTION OF ELDORADO PARKWAY AND TEEL PARKWAY REOPEN TO TRAFFIC
(March 23, 2009 - 5:45 p.m.) Work crews have stopped a gas line leak near
the intersection of Eldorado Parkway and Teel Parkway in northwest Frisco.
All lanes around the intersection that were closed to facilitate the
repair are now open, and traffic is moving again in all directions.
The Frisco Fire Department received a call about a gas leak shortly after
3:30 p.m. First responders found that a construction crew hit a six inch
CoServ underground gas line. There were no injuries, and no evacuations
were necessary.
