First Town Hall Meeting of 2008 To Be Broadcast On City Cable Channel Beginning February 29

FIRST TOWN HALL MEETING OF 2008 TO BE BROADCAST ON CITY CABLE CHANNEL
BEGINNING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 29
(February 26, 2008) Frisco residents who missed last night's first Town
Hall Meeting of 2008 can view it on the city's government access cable
channel beginning Friday, February 29 at 7 p.m.
The meeting, held February 25, will also be broadcast on Fridays at 7 p.m.
on March 7 and 14. It can be viewed again on Sundays at 3 p.m. on March
2, 9 and 16; and Wednesdays at 9 a.m. on March 5, 12 and 19.
Last night's Town Hall agenda items included presentations by the North
Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) and Cissy Sylo, Director of Engineering
Services. Both presentations focused on respective road construction and
improvement projects. Information about how and where to vote in the
upcoming March and May elections was shared. Citizens also heard progress
reports on the development of the Frisco Heritage Museum in Frisco
Junction and the expansion of the Deja Blue Arena at the Dr Pepper Star
Center.
Frisco cable subscribers can watch these meetings, featured on the city's
government access channel, by tuning to Grande's Channel 12 or Time Warner's
Channel 16.
