Frisco Police Arrest Suspect for Criminal Solicitation Murder

FRISCO POLICE ARREST SUSPECT FOR CRIMINAL SOLICITATION MURDER

(January 10, 2008) Frisco Police Detectives have arrested a suspect in
connection with the investigation into a homicide that occurred on
December 26, 2007 in the 8500 Block of Pebblebrook Drive, in Frisco.

The suspect, Vera Elizabeth Guthrie-Nail, 42, was arrested at SH121 and
Hebron Parkway in Carrollton, TX. She was booked into the Frisco Detention
Facility at 8:24am. She resides in Carrollton and will be charged with
Criminal Solicitation Murder. She is charged with attempting to solicit
another to kill her estranged husband, Craig William Nail. The offense is
a First Degree Felony, and her bond has been set at $100,000.00.

Craig William Nail was found deceased in his home the day after Christmas
from apparent gunshot wounds. A second shooting victim, Therisa Hofman,
was also shot, but survived.

The offense is still under investigation.
