Focal Point
Focal Point is the official newsletter of the City of Frisco. Focal Point is a free, monthly publication. It is delivered inside the total market coverage (TMC) Sunday edition of The Frisco Enterprise. This free, TMC paper is delivered, regardless of whether residents subscribe to The Frisco Enterprise.

Focal Point is also available at Frisco City Hall, the Frisco Public Library, Alumni Hall Fitness Center and inside Frisco City Council Chambers at the Frisco Municipal Complex.

Pet Registration
The City of Frisco requires dogs and cats be vaccinated against rabies at three months old. Dogs and cats, four months of age or older, must be registered with Animal Control. The City of Frisco contracts with the SPCA of McKinney for its Animal Control services. Vaccinations by local veterinarians will automatically register your pet with Animal Control.
Current vaccinations are transferable. For more information, please contact the SPCA at 972-562-7297.

Unpacking? The City of Frisco’s automated service requires cardboard boxes be broken down and placed inside the trash cart. We recognize this can be difficult when first moving in, so we provide a couple free alternatives. Only flattened boxes will be accepted.
