$50 MILLION DEVELOPMENT PLANNED FOR TOLLWAY FRONTAGE
FRISCO (globest.com) – A $50 million lifestyle village, tentatively named Stonebrook Plaza, will soon be present at the junction of Stonebrook Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway. Harvest Real Estate Cos. and partners are planning the 400,000- to 500,000-square-foot mixed-use space on 36.5 acres. The acreage includes 2,800 feet of frontage along the tollway.
Ground is scheduled to break this spring on the first phase that will include restaurants, retail, office condos and a five-story residential building for seniors.
