Frisco. The weekly watering advice for Monday(2/20)-Sunday(2/26)is:
Trash Day – 0"
Please turn your sprinkler system controller to the “OFF” position this
week. Frisco received an average of 1.3 inches of rain last week. Lavon
Lake is at 487.4 feet as of today. That’s just 4.5 feet below normal.
City-Wide Water Use:
The average daily water usage per person (GPCD) in Frisco this past week
was 110 GPCD, the previous week was 108. GPCD is defined as the total
number of gallons used by the city divided by the population.

Waterwise Irrigation Workshop is back! This is a hands on, interactive
event presented by multiple city, organizations, businesses, and
educational avenues. This year the workshop will be held Saturday, March
31 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Texas AgriLife Center located at 17360
Coit Rd. Stop by for approximately an hour anytime throughout the event
and walk through a series of educational stations featuring topics such as
simple and easy repairs, how to conduct your own sprinkler checkup, and
many different demonstrations. Hope to see you there!
